"Brandi, I just listened to the first one tonight. It was awesome and gave me some really great take aways. Here they are: I need to remember to speak to the 3rd grader. After 20 years I have my speech pretty well written but I could dumb it down a bit so I’m going to work on that. Also, we could do so much better at recording bleeding points. We are very good at probing and charting but I’ve always wanted to be better with the bleeding points. Actually without the bleeding points it is much more difficult to see success and point it out to patients as there are times and locations that the pocket doesn’t change but there is bleeding. So thanks for that reminder. I also need to educate my patients better about reminding them about the oral/systemic connection. I love the suggestion to start washing hands in front of patients. I agree we are going to be watched more. Thanks for the ce! I will listen to the other one later. You’re the best!"
