Debbie Khedoo is a dynamic and accomplished Treatment Coordinator and Consultant with over two decades of experience in the orthodontic field. She began her career as a CDAII and has since gained extensive knowledge in various aspects of practice management, including clinical assisting, purchasing, and marketing. She is owner/founder of Little Deb Consulting. However, Debbie's true passion lies in Treatment Coordination.

Debbie has refined the consultation process by integrating and leveraging technology to deliver a customized new patient experience that meets the needs of today's consumers. Her expertise enables her to provide training and equips teams to improve workflows and increase conversion. Her commitment to lifelong learning is evident in her role as an active member of the Align education team, where she contributes to developing new programs, leads peer-to-peer webinar series, and lectures on treatment coordination and marketing strategies across North America.

Debbie also remains hands-on as a Treatment Coordinator and Practice Manager for Discover Orthodontics, ensuring that the practice stays at the forefront of technological advancements. Outside of her professional life, Debbie is a dedicated soccer mom who enjoys watching her four children compete locally, in the US, and internationally.
