A second-generation dentist, Dr. Dayan’s journey began in Iran, where she and her family were forced to flee persecution. After completing her undergraduate degree at UCLA, she earned dual specialty degrees in Periodontology and Oral Medicine from Harvard University, along with a Doctor of Medical Sciences in Oral Biology.
